So, on my new portfolio site I wanted to incorporate Twitter within in it.  Twitter, however changed their crossdomain.xml so you can not just load into your flash movie the rss feed.  As a work around someone wrote a PHP script that totally solved my problem.  You can see the code and how it works here http://blog.slawcup.com/2007/04/full-twitter-php-library-ver-01/.
